No, it's not right but when you become a bicycle dealer, they do have the right to terminate the relationship for any reason they see fit. As do you being a dealer. If this guy would pay his bils on time maybe he'd be o.k. right now. Sounds to me like he was a sinking ship taking on water, and when the company caught a sniff of what was happening, they ran away as fast as they could...
