I can't guarantee I've available, but at least it gives you an idea, until the new calander comes along.
My earlies now consist of 07:00 to 17:00 hours unfortunately, with a larger % chance of working O/T.

I am getting that Google calendar sorted, honest. Been testing it today - in particular I need to make sure using the Calendar app. doesn't cause any problems with the domain email-wise or depend on using Gmail for your domain.

I set up a test of it using a subdomain here, so you can try it out to see if it can do what you need for shifts etc.

I had to remove the test calendar at cal.preater.com

The good news is that I've finished setting up Google apps! I'll email out passwords soon (edit: which I did before realising there is a PM function build into phpBB).

New calander - I'm not sure if theres anything you can do; but my rota is a 10 week rolling rota, unfortunately the available repeats on this calander do not cater for this.

For reference I've completed a full set of 10 weeks.

Thanks for that worked a treat, didn't realise you got further options when you clicked weekly.
So my Calander is now accurrate appart from pre-3rd Aug and post-21st Aug I'll no doubt have some hours to balance as I result of my driving course.
I'll update it nearer the time.
