Fat Lad’s Paunch Punch Out: Week 6

Plateau is the term I believe:

Weight: 13 Stone 3 Pounds (183)

Waist: 37 inches

Loss this week: 0

Total loss: 4

No gain is good news as far as I’m concerned. However with a long weekend in Amsterdam starting tomorrow I think that figure might go up ;) We already have a Pancake restaurant, a steak house and the many many frites and mayo stands earmarked for sustenance.

Perhaps the reason for this weeks lack of loss was the marriage of Phil to Ell.

It was quite an amazing weekend seeing your best mate get married to another one of your very good friends. My best man speech got the right laughs in the right places and once more for public record: She’s way out of your league Phil ;)

If I can get 10 congratulations comments for the newly weds I’ll post up a piccy of me in a skirt form the wedding. If I get 20 I’ll put one up of me dancing too…

Lastly in even better news, tidying the workshop up I found this little beauty:

As soon as I get a minute to work on my own bike it’s going on to finish off the skill compensator.

    Congratulations to the loverly couple. As my wife and I have become better looking as our marriage aged, these folks are going to a striking pair in 20 years.
